All embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and other related digital services are customized based on the specifications you provide. Due to the personalized nature of these services, completed digital files are generally non-refundable.

If the delivered design does not match your original instructions, we will gladly revise the file at no additional cost until it meets the agreed-upon requirements.

Free revisions apply only to the original order specifications and do not include new design requests or changes outside the initial scope of work.

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• We are unable to complete or deliver your order.
